Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention.
- Build and scale marketing channels including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, partnerships, social media, and referral programs.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven decision-making.
- Identify high-performing acquisition channels and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other growth metrics.
- Design and execute growth experiments while continuously testing new strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Build scalable marketing processes and contribute to long-term growth planning.
