We work with leading brands across automotive, FMCG, retail, lifestyle and consumer categories. RoleWe are looking for a Growth / Business Manager to build our Affiliate and Lead Generation business from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving new challenges, running experiments, executing outreach campaigns and owning business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale creator-led Affiliate and Lead Generation programs from scratch.
• Recruit and onboard creators across Affiliate and Lead Generation initiatives.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, IG and other channels.
• Track performance, analyse results and optimise outreach efforts.
• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships that can scale both modules.
• Own monthly targets, KPIs and other important metrics.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led commerce.
• Strong understanding of outreach, acquisition modes and performance tracking.
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset. Execution-focused and target-driven.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Success Metrics

• Grow creator participation across Affiliate and Lead Generation programs month-on-month.
• Build, execute and continuously improve SOPs and business processes.
