About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Design portfolio PDFs, pitch decks, brochures, and other presentation materials on Canva or similar tools using existing and new shoot content.

1. Curate, edit, and organize portfolio images and videos for different use cases.

1. Capture and edit BTS (behind-the-scenes) photo and video content during shoots for use on social media and presentations.

1. Plan and manage a simple content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, carousels, reels, and stories highlighting work, BTS, client testimonials, and before-and-after transformations.

1. Write basic captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand voice, and coordinate with Prabhat for approvals and the posting schedule.

1. Repurpose shoots into different formats (reels, carousels, stories, PDF case studies) that can be shared with potential clients and partners.

1. Maintain and update a clean, shareable portfolio library (Google Drive/Notion/CRM folder structure) for quick access during pitches and enquiries.

1. Ensure regular content output, including a minimum of 3 Instagram posts, 2 reels per week, and 2 LinkedIn posts per week (posted from Prabhat's accounts).

1. Support in identifying and approaching potential clients, collaborators, agencies, corporate houses, and personal branding opportunities through LinkedIn, email, and referrals.

1. Assist in maintaining a simple database of past clients, prospects, and industry contacts, and help execute periodic outreach campaigns showcasing recent work, portfolio updates, and new offerings.

1. Track enquiries, referrals, and content performance, and execute ideas to improve visibility, client engagement, and business opportunities under guidance.
