About CatalyzeCatalyze is being built as a campus-to-corporate readiness platform that helps students, freshers, institutions and organisations bridge the gap between academic preparation and workplace performance. Our focus is practical readiness: communication, confidence, ownership, executive presence, interviews, first 90 days at work and people performance. Why This Role Exists Catalyze is now building its first college network across North India. Track all leads, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes in a CRM or Notion dashboard. Help increase Catalyze visibility among academicians, placement teams and student leaders by ensuring the right people see our posts and content. Support distribution of LinkedIn posts, newsletters, readiness resources, event invites and webinar announcements. Coordinate student-facing webinars, college discovery calls, readiness sessions and introductory workshops. Assist in building community conversations with students, placement committees and early-career professionals.
