We are looking for a proactive, curious, and high-energy intern who has the bandwidth to learn across functions and contribute to daily operations, performance marketing, and brand strategy. Individual should have basic knowledge and understanding on performance marking and hands on running ad campaign. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to building a modern skincare brand from the ground up. A. Daily operations: 1. Assist in managing day-to-day brand operations 2. Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and internal teams 3. Support order management and customer experience workflows B. Performance marketing: 1. Assist in running and optimizing digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) 2. Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports 3. Support content planning aligned with campaign goals C. Brand & strategy: 1. Contribute to brainstorming brand campaigns and growth ideas 2. Support competitor research and market analysis 3. Assist in executing brand-building initiatives D. On-ground & outdoor activities: 1. Participate in offline activations, events, and shoots 2. Support brand collaborations and community-building efforts 3. Be open to fieldwork when required for brand visibility
