We are looking for an analytical and highly adaptable intern to sit at the intersection of our marketing efforts and platform operations. In this role, you will help drive user growth, optimize our internal workflows, and ensure our platforms deliver a flawless, data-accurate experience for users navigating medical admissions. You will leverage modern AI tools to streamline processes, manage critical datasets, and execute digital marketing strategies, playing a hands-on role in scaling our impact.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Data & Workflow Optimization: Manage and sanitize critical operational data including medical college fees, cut-offs, and quotas ensuring high accuracy and system readiness for peak counselling periods.

1. Content & Digital Marketing: Drive organic growth by planning, scripting, and publishing short-form video content (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) while tracking performance metrics and SEO impact.

1. Process Automation: Leverage AI tools, no-code platforms, and custom workflows to automate repetitive operational tasks and assist in building out AI-powered product features.

1. Product Quality Assurance: Act as a bridge between the end-user and the development team by conducting regular usability tests, identifying bugs, and gathering user feedback to prioritize platform improvements.

1. Strategic Growth & Outreach: Support broader business operations by tracking competitor trends, identifying and onboarding education influencers or affiliate partners, and running targeted marketing experiments.
