We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at SFLC.in, an organization dedicated to advocating for digital rights and freedom of expression. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and crafting compelling visuals that communicate our mission, campaigns, and research to a global audience. We want someone who thinks creatively on the spot, brings fresh visual ideas, understands branding, storytelling, and effective communication. Role Requirement:

• Strengthen our organizations visual presence.

• Translate key human rights issues into compelling, accessible graphics.

• Design strong, engaging creatives for campaigns, social media, reports, events, and outreach.

• Collaborate with the team to develop cohesive visual content that supports our messaging.

• Create visuals for events, webinars, and educational materials that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.

• Expertise with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and similar tools.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Written and verbal proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with civil society, advocacy, and/or digital rights issues is a plus.

• Interest in social justice, technology, internet culture, human rights, or public advocacy is a plus.
