Role OverviewWe are a contemporary fashion jewellery brand bringing trend-forward designs to customers through our D2C channel and major online marketplaces.We are looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of our brand across our D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon/Myntra), and social media. You will be responsible for taking raw assets from our partner studios and transforming them into premium, high-conversion visual content.Key Responsibilities
- Jewelry Retouching : Cleaning of metal surfaces, removal of reflections/dust, and color correction to ensure gold/silver plating looks accurate and premium.
- D2C Website Management: Creating homepage banners, category icons, and high-quality product galleries that improve the shopping experience.
- Performance Ad Creatives: Designing high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) static and video ads for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google.
- Social Storytelling: Collaborating with the Content Creator to create aesthetically pleasing Instagram Stories, Reels (basic editing), and grid layouts.
- Catalog Standardization: Ensuring every product image across all platforms follows brands guidelines regarding shadows, margins, and lighting.Technical Skills Required
- Adobe Photoshop (Expert): Deep knowledge of clipping paths, masking, frequency separation (for skin/metal), and lighting adjustments.
- Adobe Illustrator: For vector-based branding, logo usage, and packaging design.
- Video Editing (Basic/Mid): Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut to create quick, punchy social media content.
- E-commerce Awareness: Understanding of mobile-first design and web-safe file optimization (WebP/SVG).ABOUT YOUYou have 12 years of graphic design experience, preferably with a fashion, beauty, or jewelry D2C brand.
- You are a Photoshop and Illustrator pro who can smoothly transition between product retouching and designing physical packaging boxes.
- You have a keen eye for aestheticsyou know how to pick the right fonts and layouts to make a brand look high-end.
- You can do basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere) to help turn raw shoot footage into high-performing Instagram Reels and ads.
- You are a collaborative partner: You work with Content team to turn creative ideas into realitywhether its launching a static ad, a GIF, or a quick video edit for social media.
