This is not a traditional poster-making role. We are looking for someone who can combine: Creativity + Research + AI + Fast Execution to create visually engaging healthcare content that builds trust, authority, and engagement online. A portfolio is mandatory for this role. Candidates applying must share relevant work samples showcasing: - Social media creatives - Carousel designs - YouTube thumbnails/reel covers - Educational or informational content designs - Branding consistency and visual aesthetics Candidates without a portfolio/work samples may not be considered.Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for designing: - Static social media posts - Carousel posts - Reel covers - YouTube thumbnails - Healthcare educational creatives - Myth vs Fact posts - Awareness creatives - GMB creatives You will also be expected to: - Research topics before designing - Find visual references and inspiration - Use AI tools smartly to improve speed and creativity - Suggest creative layouts and visual ideas - Maintain premium and clean healthcare aesthetics - Deliver multiple creatives daily with minimal revisionsDaily Output Expectation Expected average output: 4–5 static posts/thumbnails + 1–2 carousels/day (depending on complexity) At Degefy, both quality and quantity are equally important.
