Quick thing: This is a graphic design role. You'll be making ad creatives, social graphics, brand assetsbasically all the visual stuff e-commerce brands need to sell online. The AI part? It's just tools to work faster and produce more without losing quality. That's it. This role is for you if you
- You're a designer with 2+ years actually doing this work
- You've played around with AI tools or you're keen to learn
- You get what makes e-commerce visuals work (not just pretty pictures)
- You know your way around Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- You understand the difference between a brand asset and a performance ad
- You can pump out volume without things falling apart
What you'll actually be doing: Ad creatives for Meta & Google (static, carousel, video) Social media graphics (posts, stories, reels thumbnails) Product images & lifestyle mockups Brand assets (logos, templates, guidelines when needed) Landing page graphics & website visuals Email headers, banners, promotional graphics Whatever else our DTC clients need to move product Here's what a typical week looks like:
- Monday morning: You get briefs for 3 different brands. One needs ads, one needs social content, one needs product mockups.
- You start designing. Regular tools for the heavy lifting, AI where it makes sensebackgrounds, variations, mockups, whatever saves time.
- Mid-week: Media buyer comes backAd Set A is killing it, Ad Set B is tanking. You iterate on what's not working.
- Thursday: Client feedback lands. Some approvals, some changes. You adjust and keep moving.
- Friday: Wrapping up the week's work and planning what's next.
- It's not glamorous. It's real, it's fast, and you get to see what actually works.
Who fits here:
- You've been designing for at least 2 years. Agency, freelance, startupdoesn't matter. Show us the work.
- Your portfolio has stuff that was actually used. Real brands, real campaigns, real results.
- You're open to AI tools. Maybe you're using them already, maybe you're just startingeither way, you see the point.
- You can handle the volume. We're talking multiple creatives every single day. AI helps, but you've got to be fast.
- You get that e-commerce design is different. It's not about looking cool. It's about selling.
- You're in Surat or around here. You're cool working in-house with the team.
