Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The specialist will design digital and print assets such as social media creatives, web banners, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts, refining logo and branding elements, and creating cohesive design systems for campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with account managers, copywriters, and performance marketing teams to translate briefs into clear, compelling visuals. The Graphic Design Specialist will also prepare production-ready files, manage feedback cycles, and maintain high visual standards across all deliverables. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve visual identities.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools for optimizing, retouching, and preparing visuals.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and typography, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands and familiarity with digital marketing assets is a plus.
