We are looking for a graphic designer who understands both design and human psychology someone who can visually communicate powerful ideas, philosophies, and stories in a way that deeply connects with people. Selected intern’s day to day responsibilities include: 1. Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails, reel covers, ad creatives, and social media posts for Hyper Quest and Shikshanam that instantly capture attention and spark curiosity. 2. Create visuals that simplify deep concepts related to Dharma, philosophy, Sanskrit, science, psychology, and self-growth into engaging modern designs. 3. Translate content ideas, scripts, and marketing briefs into clear visual storytelling using the right balance of typography, imagery, composition, and emotion. 4. Use AI tools creatively for ideation, moodboards, visual exploration, prompt writing, and accelerating high-quality asset generation. 5. Maintain a premium, consistent brand identity across all platforms while respecting the philosophical and cultural essence of the brand. 6. Collaborate with writers, editors, marketers, and the creative team to build meaningful content that educates, inspires, and performs. 7. Keep files organized, layers clean, exports optimized, and workflows efficient for fast-paced content production. 8. Take feedback positively, iterate quickly, and work in weekly creative sprints with ownership and discipline. 9. Research modern content trends, viral design psychology, and competitor strategies to understand what makes audiences stop, engage, and remember. 10. Analyze basic performance metrics like CTR, retention, engagement, and watch behavior to improve future creative decisions. 11. Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, storytelling techniques, and visual communication styles that can elevate the brand further. 12. Strong communication and writing sense is a plus, especially for understanding headlines, hooks, and audience psychology.
