Lemnyscate's creative division, Hue Cycle, is looking for a graphic/brand designer with a minimum of 2.5-3 years of experience who can think beyond aesthetics and build meaningful visual identities. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with strategic thinking, translating brand positioning into compelling visual systems across digital and print media. You will work closely with strategists, content creators, and creative leads to develop brand identities, campaigns, and communication assets that help businesses stand out and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines
Create high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual communication
Design pitch decks, proposals, brochures, reports, and corporate communication materials
Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal touchpoints
Create mood boards, design directions, and visual explorations during brand development projects
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices

Previous experience in a branding agency, creative agency, or design consultancy
Experience developing complete brand identity systems from strategy to execution
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital-first design
Experience working with startup brands and early-stage businesses
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
Experience in packaging, environmental graphics, or brand activation design
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity systems, and campaign work
