GE BE Private Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and driven Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop foundational engineering skills and provide hands-on experience across various departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions and improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues under supervision.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, etc.) from an accredited institution.
• Strong academic record with a demonstrable understanding of engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
• Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
