Graduate Trainee Engineer

Job Description

This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates in engineering who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic industrial environment. The Graduate Trainee Engineer will gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills across various engineering disciplines within GE BE Private Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and technical calculations to support project requirements.
• Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions under supervision.
• Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Continuously learn and apply new engineering principles, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial) from an accredited institution.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
