Compensation & Perks

Role OverviewWe are seeking a versatile Graduate Robotics & Mechatronics Engineer for a high-intensity, 3-month product development sprint. This role sits at the intersection of mechanical design, hardware electronics, and firmware programming. You will work directly with our core engineering team to take custom PCB designs, 3D CAD models, and microcontroller firmware from prototype to functional field-ready hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Design & DFM: Create detailed 3D CAD models and production-ready technical drawings. Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) insights to optimize parts for fast fabrication.
- Electronics & PCB Design: Layout, prototype, and test custom PCBs (using KiCad or similar suites), ensuring seamless integration with mechanical housings.
- Firmware Development: Write and debug clean, optimized code in C++ or Python to program microcontrollers and handle sensor-actuator feedback loops.
- Hands-on Prototyping: Operate workshop machinery (lathes, CNCs, 3D printers) and electronics lab equipment to assemble and test electromechanical systems.
- Assembly & Finishing: Confidently use standard hand and power tools (drills, grinders, sanders) for physical hardware modifications and final device assembly.
