Job Description Summary
Trainee Engineers for carrying out support testing for NPIs & IB programs
Roles & Responsibility:
- Candidate shall have hands on experience in understanding basics of Mechanical Engineering, understanding & preparing engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis/mechanical simulation tools and working knowledge of CAD tools (Creo, Solid works, Ansys)
- Good at written and oral communication, learning mindset, hands on knowledge in usage of MS office tools like Excel calculations, Power point presentation & word documentation.
- Support team on documentation needed for regulatory and quality standard compliance requirements.
- Support install base engineering team for field data analysis and field failure analysis and update in the database tool.
- Support structuring of Engineering Bill of material, drawing updates and design change activities Via Engineering change control board.
- Need to work along with engineering team to support on part and mechanical test fixture development, part inspection and testing.
- Support engineers in the lab to develop and establish experimental set ups, carry out planned experiments and record the test results.
- Support Verification, validation, and root cause analysis activities along with establishing relevant reports and DHF (design history file)
