Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in HR, operations, process improvement, or relevant field.
- 5 years of experience improving and identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in Human Resource (HR).
- Experience in resolving and troubleshooting complex or sensitive day-to-day user or customer needs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering operational services or making service delivery improvements in a fast-paced environment with many interdependencies.
- Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytics skills, with a strong operational mindset.
