We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team.
- Minimum Experience Required: 1.5 Years
- Maximum Experience Required: 3 Years[Agency experience will be preferred - Freelance experience will not get counted]
Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns Execute Search, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns Create and manage remarketing audiences and retargeting campaigns Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring Generate performance reports and actionable insights Technical Skills Required Strong understanding of Google Ads platform Hands-on experience with Search, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube Ads Experience in creating and managing remarketing campaigns Knowledge of campaign optimization strategies and bid management Experience with Conversion Tracking setup and troubleshooting Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) Understanding of attribution, user journeys, and conversion measurement What We Are Looking For Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong communication and reporting skills Passion for performance marketing and continuous learning Why Join Us?
