We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented GTM Intern to join our community-building and customer care team at FirstClub. In this role, you will engage directly with our customers listening to their experiences, responding to their queries, and helping nurture a strong and loyal FirstClub community. This is a customer-first internship designed for individuals who love conversations and genuinely care about people.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Make outbound calls to existing customers to check in, gather feedback, and strengthen community engagement
Handle outbound customer calls with empathy and provide accurate information about FirstClub offerings
Actively listen to customer concerns and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression
Build and maintain warm, ongoing relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and trust
Log all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
Follow up on previous customer conversations in a timely and consistent manner
Meet daily call targets and maintain a high standard of communication across all interactions

Other requirements
0 to 6 months of experience in customer interaction, telecalling, or any communication-focused role — freshers welcome
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu
Genuine empathy and a natural ability to connect with people over the phone
Patient, calm, and positive — especially during challenging conversations
Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM or data entry tools
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to meeting daily targets consistently
