Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is redefining patient monitoring through intelligent devices, software, analytics, and connectivity. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ Digital Health portfolio plays a central role in our evolution toward scalable, software-enabled and SaaS-based solutions that improve clinical decision-making and operational efficiency across care settings.
We are seeking a Global Senior Product Operations Manager – Digital Health to serve as the operational leader and integrator for our Digital Health marketing organization. This role is designed for a high‑potential, hands‑on operator who brings strong program management discipline, operational rigor, and digital product fluency — and who is eager to grow into broader digital health leadership over time.
This individual contributor role will work closely with senior Digital Health leadership and function as a trusted operating partner, helping translate strategy into execution while building the processes, cadence, and structures needed to scale SaaS and recurring‑revenue businesses.

This role includes global travel approximately 20% of the time and regularly interacts with global partners and stakeholders requiring meetings after normal business hours as needed.
