Your Role
We’re seeking a collaborative, data-driven Program Manager to steer our global energy and water efficiency, waste circularity, and Scope 1&2 decarbonization efforts. As Global Program Manager – Site Operations Sustainability, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our Life Science Business’ manufacturing regions and sites to drive these programs forward. You’ll coordinate global stakeholders, lead best-practice sharing, shape program direction, support project development, and ensure sustainability alignment across CapEx investments. Preference for candidate to be located in Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO.
What You’ll Do
- Steer energy, water, and waste programs across sites, and regions.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with all sites and contribute to the development of our portfolio sustainability tracking application.
- Manage a €20 million CapEx budget; collect and validate project proposals; and prioritize program investments.
- Review Capex investments > €500k; provide sustainability approval for projects up to €2M.
- Forecast and set targets for Scope 1&2 emissions, energy, water, and waste circularity by site/region.
- Maintain KPI scorecards, maintain and share best practices, update policies, and lead regular team meetings.
