The Role We are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive with 35 years of experience to own SWATI's creator engine end to end. This is not a hands-off coordination role. You will find the right creators, brief them well, run outreach that gets replies, and turn the content that comes back into a steady stream of high-performing UGC for our paid and organic channels. If you understand what makes a creator partnership convert, not just look good, and you can run a pipeline across multiple markets without dropping a thread, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Sourcing & Selection: Find and vet creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who fit SWATI's audience, look, and conversion goals. Keep a talent pipeline across our key markets, balancing reach, relevance, quality, and budget.
- Briefing & Creative Direction: Write clear, on-brand briefs that set the hook, format, and deliverables without flattening the creator's voice. Every brief should reflect SWATI's tone and what we know performs.
- Outreach & Relationship Management: Run outreach and negotiation that earns replies and builds lasting relationships, not one-offs. Own it from first contact through contracting, delivery, and follow-up.
- Content Review & Feedback: Review content against the brief and brand standards, give specific feedback, and know when it's ready to ship versus needs another round.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing and creative so content lands where it's needed, on time and on brief. Bring ideas. This team moves fast and values input at every level.
- Brand Consistency: Make sure every partnership and asset feels unmistakably SWATI, across paid and organic, video and static, and all 100+ markets.
What We're Looking For
- Influencer Marketing Experience: 35 years running creator programs, ideally in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle. You can source, vet, and manage creators end to end.
