Role Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated German Language Trainer to join our growing team in Nashik. The trainer will be responsible for delivering German language training (A1-B2 levels) to nursing students and healthcare professionals preparing for careers in Germany. The role requires creating engaging learning experiences, monitoring student progress, and helping learners develop the language skills needed for professional success in German healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct German language classes (A1-B2) for nursing students and healthcare professionals
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and speaking activities
- Support students in improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Integrate healthcare and medical terminology into language training
- Organize speaking sessions, mock interviews, and exam preparation activities
- Track student progress and maintain training records
- Support students in preparing for Goethe, TELC, or other recognized German language
Qualifications:
- German language proficiency at level B2/C1 (Goethe/TELC certification) or Bachelor's / Master's degree in German Language, German Studies, Education, or related field
- Ability to motivate and engage learners
- Experience teaching German language (offline)preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
