About the job

What will you do?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely support, effective query resolution, and smooth communication for Budget Management financial processes.
• Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments consistently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting and performance insights to leadership and clients.

What will you need?

• 2+ years of experience in the German Language
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong background in client management, operations, and project governance.
• Experience in project or service delivery management.
• Understanding of project management principles and tools, supporting project planning, execution, and progress tracking
