The General Manager will spearhead the successful opening and ongoing operations of Signia Jaipur, shaping the hotel's culture, guest experience, and market positioning while driving operational excellence, team member engagement, and financial performance.
Champion Business Excellence

What You Bring to Signia Jaipur
- Established Luxury Hotel General Manager with proven leadership experience in India's leisure market
- Demonstrated success leading hotel pre-opening, with the ability to oversee complex transitions while protecting commercial performance and elevating brand perception
- Strong F&B and commercial acumen with a consistent track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, market share and guest engagement metrics across rooms, food & beverage and experiential offerings
- Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
- Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
- A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
