JOB DESCRIPTION:

GM operation will lead end-to-end construction and project operations, ensuring delivery of projects

within approved timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgeted profitability. The role is accountable

for execution excellence from design finalization through construction and final handover to

customers, while driving cross-functional alignment to achieve AOP targets.

Project Ownership & Delivery:

• Assume complete accountability for project execution from design stage to final handover.

• Develop and drive detailed project execution plans, including construction schedules and risk mitigation frameworks in coordination with Project Management Consultants (PMCs).

• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, product design, quality standards, statutory compliances, and safety norms.

• Drive timely resolution of execution bottlenecks and escalations.
