Key Responsibilities

1. Raise funds for WWF India through individual donor acquisition and engagement.

1. Build, manage, and strengthen long-term donor relationships while driving donor upgrades and retention.

1. Represent WWF India's mission, educate individuals about its initiatives, and inspire support for ongoing projects.

1. Participate in training programs and apply learned practices effectively in the field.

1. Support organizational activities and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

1. Work in rotational shifts based on operational requirements.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹22,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
