We are seeking a motivated individual with English proficiency, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the world. As a fundraising intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to support our fundraising initiatives and help us achieve our mission of creating a more conscious and compassionate world.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our programs and projects
Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including donor outreach and relationship management
Collaborate with team members to create engaging fundraising materials and communication strategies
Lead fundraising efforts to meet and exceed fundraising goals
Manage and track donor data and contributions to ensure accurate record-keeping
Utilize creativity to develop new and innovative fundraising ideas and initiatives
Work closely with team members to support overall organizational goals and objectives
Note:
Single donation up to 5 lakhs - 3% commission
Single donation of 5,00,001 to 10 lakhs - 4% commission
Single donation of 10,00,001 to 25 lakhs - 5% commission
Single donation of 25,00,001 to 50 lakhs - 6% commission
Single donation over 50 lakhs - 7% commission
When multiple people are involved in getting the donation, the eligibility and the share of the percentage will be at the discretion of the founder & CEO
