Borrowing base calculation based on capital commitment, uncalled capital commitment, advance rate, excess concentration Different type of investors in a fund, like Included Rated/ Nonrated Designated, Sovereign, HNW Investor/ parent (sponsor) rating identification based on different methodology LTV; NAV; fund size; liquidity; funding ratio; AUM; covenants Credit agreement, Limited partnership agreement exposure Required Qualifications Bachelor's/ Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3-10 years’ experience in similar profileStrong Accounting and financial skillsUnderstanding and experience of Fund finance and borrowing base calculations is must.
