Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Expert - Procurement & CLM (Sirion) with strong expertise in Procurement business processes, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sirion CLM, Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.
The role will partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Business, and Technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements, manage product backlogs, create user stories, support solution design, and drive successful delivery of procurement and contract management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, hands-on CLM platform experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications and delivery artifacts.
Procurement & CLM Functional Expertise
Act as a Functional SME for Procurement, Source-to-Contract (S2C), Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from procurement, legal, and business stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
Support the design and implementation of procurement and contract management solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.

Create and maintain project documentation, knowledge articles, release notes, process documentation, and training materials in Confluence.
Establish documentation standards and governance practices.
Track requirements, issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Business, and IT stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions effectively.
Support change management, training, adoption, and business readiness activities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, Functional Expert, or similar role.
Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are preferred.
Preferred Experience
Procurement Digital Transformation initiatives.
Exposure to SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP Procurement, Oracle Procurement, or similar platforms.
Experience working in global enterprise environments.
Understanding of SaaS application delivery and integrations.
Familiarity with legal contracting processes and compliance requirements.
