• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment on cloud platforms.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
