About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications from frontend to backend.
- Build and deploy production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Integrate and optimize LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Django.
- Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js/Next.js.
- Design and develop multi-agent AI workflows and automation systems.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability following best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Optimize prompts, improve response quality, and reduce AI hallucinations.
- Implement vector database solutions (Qdrant) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
