We run a strong PLG motion with 1,200 to 1,500 new signups every month. The Role We're hiring an Inbound Sales Specialist who owns the top of the funnel and drives it to qualified demos. Your primary job is to work the inbound signup pipeline, qualify high-intent users fast, and book demos. You'll also occasionally run demos and support closing on straightforward deals. This is not a passive role. You need sharp judgment on who to prioritize, speed on follow-up, and genuine curiosity about the customer's outbound setup. Responsibilities Pipeline and Qualification (core) Work the inbound signup pool daily, prioritise based on usage signals, firmographics, and sending intentReach out via email, phone, and chat to qualify leads and book demosMaintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting at all timesCoordinate with Marketing on MQL handoffs and high-intent user flags Demos and Closing (supporting) Run product demos for qualified prospects, focused on their deliverability and warm-up needsSupport closing on straightforward $1K to $2K ACV dealsIdentify expansion signals and flag upsell-ready accounts to the founding team Who You Are 1 to 3 years in a B2B SaaS sales role (SDR, BDR, or inside sales)Understand cold email and outbound ecosystems well enough to have credible conversationsFast, disciplined follow-up is something you take personallyComfortable in high-volume environments where prioritisation determines outputFamiliar with sales metrics: MRR, ARR, ACV, churn, pipeline coverage What Success Looks Like In 60 Days Demo pipeline is consistently full and accurately loggedResponse and follow-up SLAs are being hit dailyFirst assisted closes are on the boardObjection patterns and competitor questions are being documented Why TrulyInbox Pipeline never dries up. 1,200 to 1,500 signups per month means your job is conversion, not sourcing.Direct access to founders and real influence on how we sellClear path to a full-cycle AE role as you close more independently Important In-office role based in Ahmedabad.
