Skills and Competencies
2–4 years of experience in fulfillment operations, technical support, or a data operations role requiring analysis and problem resolution
Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred) and the ability to interpret data relationships across platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and managing structured templates
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize competing requests, and resolve issues with limited supervision
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Education
Master's degree or MBA in finance/ Operations, or a related discipline--or equivalent professional experience

Independently manage complex client access and data integrity across Salesforce and internal fulfillment platforms
Manage user access and entitlements across Salesforce and multiple internal platforms, executing both manual and bulk user provisioning
Analyze and configure client trial and production access by interpreting contract terms and entitlement rules, exercising sound judgment to resolve ambiguities
Serve as a primary point of contact for access-related issues, liaising with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to determine appropriate resolution paths
Perform technical troubleshooting of access and entitlement issues by reviewing system logs, validating data flows, and coordinating with support teams when escalation is required
Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes by identifying control gaps or inefficiencies and collaborating with technology teams on scalable solutions
Participate in testing and validation of new system enhancements, including executing test scenarios and documenting findings to support production deployments

Our Fulfillment team is responsible for managing client access and ensuring data integrity across our core business platforms. We act as a critical control point for audit and compliance, enable the sales and customer success lifecycle by providing accurate and timely user entitlements, and drive operational efficiency by improving fulfillment workflows. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in supporting a global sales organization, collaborating on process improvements and AI solutions, and ensuring our clients have seamless access to our products
