About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve marketing website pages using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries.
- Implement app UI pages and components based on approved layouts and specifications.
- Improve page readability, spacing, responsiveness, hierarchy, and usability.
- Create and refine reusable UI components such as cards, forms, buttons, tables, tabs, nav sections, banners, empty states, and status indicators.
- Ensure pages work well on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Maintain visual consistency with Wyshd's design standards.
- Review pages for UI inconsistencies and implement approved improvements.
- Work with QA to fix visual bugs and responsiveness issues.
- Use AI/productivity tools responsibly.

Other requirements
- Good design sense with the ability to follow established design systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly test UI implementations.
- Ability to review, refine, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it without validation.
- B.Tech, BE, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, or a degree in design & technology, computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
