Job Summary As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will oversee the front desk team, ensure flawless check-in/out and administrative processes, and handle guest inquiries and escalations with grace and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker who can balance operational administrative tasks while coaching a team to deliver top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff (receptionists, concierges, bellstaff, etc.). Create schedules, monitor performance, and foster a positive team environment.
- Guest Relations: Act as the main point of contact for complex guest requests, complaints, or feedback. Resolve issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily front desk workflows, including guest registration, billing, room/appointment assignments, and cash handling procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure the front office lobby area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image at all times. Maintain strict compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and minimize operational delays.
- Reporting: Assist management with tracking occupancy, daily revenue reports, and team performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in [Hospitality/Hotels, Healthcare, Corporate Front Office] is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ERP software, MS Office, Gsuite etc.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Multi-lingual skills are a major plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong conflict-resolution skills with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
