Key responsibilities
Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression.
Handle incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and directing them to the right team members promptly.
Offer clear and accurate information to callers and walk-ins, guiding them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking reception area at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and ensure timely distribution.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate conference room bookings efficiently.
Assist with routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.
Oversee office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
Arrange flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and travel itineraries for employees and guests when required.
May be required to travel for office-related tasks or coordination activities.
Provide support for special projects and carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
Handle hotel reservations for major events and employees, ensuring accuracy.
Assist Admin team as an when required.
