About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, cheerful, and resourceful Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer who can effortlessly switch between welcoming a visitor, arranging a CEO's flight, tracking a courier, booking a hotel, coordinating a meeting room, and answering a phone callall without breaking a sweat.You will be the face of the organization at the front desk and the invisible superhero behind every successful business trip. If you enjoy making chaos look organized and believe that a missed flight is a bigger crisis than a missed episode on Netflix, this role is for you. What You'll Be DoingFront Desk & Guest Relations
- Welcome visitors, clients, candidates, vendors, and guests with professionalism and a smile.
- Ensure everyone knows where they need to go (and occasionally where they parked).
- Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, and visitor logistics.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Keep the reception area looking as professional as the company itself.
- Make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of.
Travel Management
- Book flights, hotels, cabs, trains, and everything in between.
- Manage domestic and international travel plans for employees and leadership.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries so nobody has to ask, "What time is my flight again?"
- Coordinate visa documentation and travel requirements.
- Handle last-minute travel changes with the calmness of an air traffic controller.
- Negotiate with travel vendors and help optimize travel costs.
Administration Support
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, conferences, customer visits, and company events.
