About the job Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in customers professionally and address their queries. Ensure a smooth customer experience at the service center. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding product/service status. Log customer complaints and service requests accurately in the system. Track service calls from login to closure. Maintain records of pending and completed calls. Monitor AWP (Awaiting Parts) cases regularly. Coordinate with the Service Center Incharge for updates on AWP products. Follow up on pending calls to ensure timely resolution. Provide regular updates to customers on pending products and repair status. Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer commitments. Handle customer escalations professionally when required. Deliver repaired/replaced products after proper verification. Ensure customer acknowledgement during product handover. Maintain delivery records and documentation. Maintain service center records, reports, and documentation. Support daily front desk and operational activities.

Other requirements Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience. 0–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or service coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Ability to handle customers professionally. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year Variable pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year
