About the job
Key responsibilities
1) Greet members and prospective clients with a calm, professional demeanor.
2) Provide tours of the training facility to walk-ins and confidently explain our standard pricing without offering discounts.
3) Manage daily check-ins, answer WhatsApp/phone inquiries with impeccable grammar, and ensure the facility remains visually pristine.
4) Build rapport with our existing members and foster a respectful, high-energy community.
5) Work an 8-hour rotational shift (rotating between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

4) Willingness to strictly follow premium brand guidelines and a zero-ego culture.
