Other requirements
Strong portfolio in Rive character animation, including rigging, state machines, and emotional expression loops.
Solid understanding of animation principles such as easing, weight, anticipation, timing, and motion flow.
Experience working with pre-rendered or AI-generated frames and integrating them into animation workflows.
Ability to interpret creative briefs independently and make strong execution-focused design and animation decisions.
Bonus: Experience with stylized or chibi 3D animation, wellness or consumer app projects, or Flutter/React Native integration.
