Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, valuation firms, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring funnel management.
- Manage and coordinate interns, task allocations, and performance tracking.
- Assist in business operations, process improvements, and project execution.
- Conduct market research and prepare business insights to support strategic decisions.
- Work directly with management on growth initiatives, workforce planning, and business expansion activities.
