1. Founder Partnerships: Lead proactive outreach to founders and key stakeholders, drafting professional communications and managing partnership pipelines to drive business development goals.

1. Operational Excellence: Streamline internal workflows by standardizing deliverables, maintaining CRM systems, and optimizing client onboarding processes to ensure operational efficiency.

1. Tech-Driven Optimization: Leverage AI, no-code tools, and automation workflows to build internal dashboards, update web assets, and accelerate research processes.

1. Strategic Health-Tech Analysis: Synthesize insights on physician behavior, clinical workflows, and healthcare system challenges to inform product positioning and real-world implementation strategies.
