As a Founding Growth, Marketing and Community Intern at HRAYNIX, you will have the opportunity to dive headfirst into the world of digital marketing, community management, and stakeholder engagement. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Creating awareness for HRAYNIX among HR students, MBA students and HR professionals.
- Supporting content creation for LinkedIn, email campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Assisting in outreach to colleges, placement cells, student communities and professional HR groups.
- Coordinating webinars, workshops and learner engagement initiatives.
- Managing lead tracking, follow-ups and learner feedback.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Identifying growth opportunities, partnerships and referral channels.
- Supporting brand-building and community-building activities for HRAYNIX.
