The decisions that shape everyday lifeEvery day, the world's largest consumer companies make decisions that shape what billions of people eat, drink, clean with, and care for their families with. What product to launch. How to design the packaging. Whether an innovation is ready for a new market. The companies making these decisions want to understand their consumers deeply. But the tools available to them are slow, expensive, and limited in who they can reach. The result is that some of the most consequential product decisions on the planet are made with incomplete understanding of the people they are meant to serve. We believe that every consumer deserves to be understood, and every company making products for them deserves the tools to make that possible.We are solving that gap. What we are buildingWe build AI research infrastructure that lets the world's largest consumer companies talk to, observe, and understand their consumers at a speed and depth that was never possible before. Some of the world's largest consumer brands are already our customers, and we are growing fast. Some of this works today. Some of it is the hardest problem we are solving right now. And we need engineers who want to be the ones to close the gap. Who we are looking for

• 2-4 years of experience. You have built and shipped real systems. You know what production looks like. And you are at the stage where you are ready to own something meaningful from the ground up.
• A builder at heart. You love the craft of making things. You prototype fast, ship often, and improve based on what you learn. You are fluent with LLM-assisted coding tools and use them as a multiplier. The energy of seeing your work go live and be used by real people is what drives you.
• Fullstack with strong backend depth. You work across the stack. Backend in Python (FastAPI), frontend in React. You will build end to end, but the centre of gravity for this role is backend systems and AI infrastructure.
• Deeply interested in AI. You follow new model releases, you read papers because they are interesting, you have opinions about retrieval strategies and voice synthesis and agent architectures. You have strong prompt engineering skills and you know how to design eval frameworks and measure agent output quality systematically. You want to be at the place where all of this gets applied to real, hard problems.
• Ownership-minded. You want to own entire systems end to end. You care about the outcome and you take pride in what ships under your name.
• Undergrad from a premier Indian institute - IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani or equivalent.
