We’re looking for people who are comfortable talking to strangers, curious about personal finance, and excited by the challenge of turning conversations into customers. This is not a content or research internship. This is a hands-on growth and sales role. You’ll help homeowners discover whether they’re overpaying on their home loans and guide them toward smarter refinancing decisions. 1. Identify and engage home-loan borrowers across platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, X, WhatsApp communities, and others 2. Initiate genuine conversations that do not feel spammy or intrusive 3. Book calls with interested borrowers and coordinate follow-ups 4. Conduct structured home-loan audits using scripts and tools 5. Collect key loan details such as interest rate, EMI, tenure, and lender information 6. Identify and surface potential savings opportunities for borrowers 7. Maintain outreach activities and conversion tracking systematically 8. Collaborate directly with the founder on growth experiments and messaging strategies
