We are still in stealth, building quietly, which means whoever joins now helps shape how the world first meets what we are creating.
This role is ideal for a hungry, entrepreneurial marketer who wants to own growth from day zero, not inherit a playbook but write one. You will lead marketing and sales and work shoulder to shoulder with the founder.
Exceptional performers who demonstrate sustained impact, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking may be considered for long-term leadership roles and potential equity participation in the venture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Own and run marketing experiments across channels (content, social, community, email, outreach) to find what attracts users who actually stick, not just sign up.
Help build the go-to-market plan for our launch: positioning, messaging, content calendar, and channel strategy.
Drive sales and outreach end to end: find, contact, and convert our first users, early adopters, and potential partners.
Build and nurture communities where our audience already spends time (Reddit, Discord, X, Instagram, WhatsApp/Telegram, and more).
Reach out to creators and influencers, pitch collaborations, and manage those relationships.
Create content and copy across formats (social posts, emails, landing pages, short scripts) in our brand voice.
Conduct market and competitor research, and turn it into sharp positioning and campaign ideas.
Own the numbers: track acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, report what is working, and kill what is not.

Work directly with the founder on strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution (the executive side of this role).
Take full ownership of campaigns and projects, and drive them from idea to result with minimal hand-holding.

Other requirements
MBA or pursuing an MBA preferred. Exceptional undergrads with real marketing/sales hustle are equally welcome.
Excellent written and spoken English, with persuasive, clear communication.
Comfortable with cold outreach and talking to strangers.
Hands-on with social media and content. A strong bonus if you have grown an account, page, or community yourself.
Comfortable with numbers, funnels, and basic analytics.
A self-starter who is resourceful and thrives with ambiguity and little direction.
Genuine interest in personal growth, self-improvement, and how technology can help people change.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, and basic analytics/CRM/email tools, plus any prior 0-to-1 or startup exposure.
