Hiring Immediately | Founder's Office Manager & Business Operations Lead Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra Immediate Joining PreferredRoadveer is building a community-led platform focused on Driver Welfare, Road Safety, Community Empowerment, Financial Inclusion and the Highway Economy.As we expand across Maharashtra through the Tiger Roadveer Rakshak Mission, we are looking for a highly disciplined, analytical and execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder and help build the operational backbone of the organisation.Key Responsibilities Manage Founders Office operations and priorities Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports Maintain dashboards, trackers and performance reports Track district, taluka and Rakshak activities Monitor onboarding of drivers, vendors and community partners Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items Prepare meeting notes, review reports and decision briefs Support leadership through structured reporting and analysisRequired Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) MIS & Reporting Data Analysis & Dashboard Preparation Excellent Follow-up Skills Strong Organisational Ability Logical Thinking & Problem Solving Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity and reporting Marathi, Hindi and English communication skillsIdeal Background
