Key Responsibilities

1. Manage social media marketing and e-commerce growth across multiple businesses, driving content performance, audience growth, engagement, brand visibility, and online sales.

1. Oversee content creation initiatives, including reels, videos, scripts, captions, presentations, and other brand communication materials.

1. Build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, doctors, institutions, brands, media partners, and other strategic collaborators.

1. Support PR, brand-building, and outreach activities to strengthen visibility, credibility, and market presence across businesses.

1. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, collaborations, podcasts, shoots, and other growth-focused initiatives.

1. Work closely with creative, marketing, and business teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across all channels.

1. Drive special projects and growth initiatives across multiple businesses while identifying new opportunities for partnerships, visibility, and expansion.

1. Lead hiring and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting workforce growth.
