Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media marketing and e-commerce growth across multiple businesses, driving content performance, audience growth, engagement, brand visibility, and online sales.
- Oversee content creation initiatives, including reels, videos, scripts, captions, presentations, and other brand communication materials.
- Build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, doctors, institutions, brands, media partners, and other strategic collaborators.
- Support PR, brand-building, and outreach activities to strengthen visibility, credibility, and market presence across businesses.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, collaborations, podcasts, shoots, and other growth-focused initiatives.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and business teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across all channels.
- Drive special projects and growth initiatives across multiple businesses while identifying new opportunities for partnerships, visibility, and expansion.
- Lead hiring and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting workforce growth.
